Great bedding.
Location really close to Rockford, Illinois, and next store. A refrigerator, a sitting area and a writing table in the room, comfortable location.

It was easy to get Hearing Accessible room with shower as well as updated carpeting and that's great. The location was marvellous, next to restaurants and Illinois and next store, in a beautiful area. Everything was simply great.

The room came with air conditioning, a tv, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Super clean and comfy space. The fitness center was well-equipped and the indoor pool was perfect for the kids. Easy access to the bistro for dinner was a nice treat!

mixed feelings about my stay
The room I stayed in was spacious, providing great comfort for my family. The indoor pool was a real highlight. My kids loved it, and it was well-maintained. The location was convenient, as it was close to shopping areas. I also appreciated that the staff were attentive.
The breakfast options seemed overpriced, and we opted not to dine there.

Lovely balcony and courtyard - a real plus. Laundry facilities were very good - soap and bounce free for the asking. Pool is large and the seating area inside and outside of it is generous and welcoming. Nice workout room too.
The 2nd floor rooms get traffic noise most all day and night from State Street. The entrance and exit is hard to find at first and a tough left turn out on a busy morning.

Very lovely rooms and the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. It looked as though the hotel had recently been renovated. However I despise a hotel with bathrooms with no Ventilation. You can also hear quite a bit of noise from the hallway. All in all a good stay.

Comfortable and Clean Facilities
I really enjoyed my stay, the room was clean and well-equipped with a microwave and mini fridge. The indoor pool was a great amenity for relaxation after a busy day, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. The only downside was that the dining options could be more reasonably priced as breakfast felt a bit expensive for what was offered.
